Registration and password recovery
To use functionality of the trading platform you need to register. We don't collect any private information. You need to fill only minimum information: identification data (user name and password) and contact data (e-mail). Also you need to activate your account by following link sent to specified e-mail.
Password recovery procedure requires to know user name and e-mail combination, to have access to e-mail and to enter new password.
To begin trading activity you need to deposit funds using the user's cabinet. All of deposits are processing automatically via merchants so you may expect for instant depositing for «Liberty Reserve» and «Perfect Money» and «after 3 confirmations + 5 minutes» depositing for «Bitcoin». All of user's funds are holded on exchange's wallet and are not used anywhere. We keep 100% reserve and use cold storage for the most of the funds. Transaction fee – 0.2% for each performed trade and always debited from USD account. When trading cryptocurrency ( pair LTC/BTC ), the commission - 0.2% is charged from Your account BTC - LTC. Orders are executed if counter orders with equal or better price exist or appear.
We are able to make instant withdrawals, but we use cold storage so we have to process some withdrawals manually. That's why your withdrawal order may be executed instantly or manually. Maximum withdrawal process time – 24 hours. You can withdraw any amount of funds at any period of time. Withdrawal fees information is located at withdrawal menu.
